Mini-me swap lets break it down.
Like the title says I would like to know what all is need to do a mini-me swap into an dx EK hatch or coupe, I know that you need to get the ECU, wiring harness, and possibly a distributor, is there anything else that is needed?
Also if i was to do the same swap into an EG what would change anything?

Re: Mini-me swap lets break it down. (Civichatch2k)
you doing it in a 2000 hatch? ... goin with the 99-00 ex ecu? I went with the stock dx harness... all u have to run are 3 wires for vtec, and 1 for knock sensor, a few wires need to be lengthend...but i saved a 100 bucks, which i used for other things... Also i used the stock DX distributor, because it was the only one i had that would work with my wiring harness..but it seems to work just fine... Make sure you get a MANUAL IM and TB...it makes life much much easier!!! The IAC is a pain if you get a Auto IM and TB..take it from me! Goodluck, i just got the same swap running, but am having slight trouble with IAC<should have fixed in 12hours!> ...if u need any help i would be more than willing to share my personal expierence wit ya
