Default MINI ME SWAP HELP!

so im trying to search for the mini me section and well HT doesnt let me search anything right now. it keeps telling me search failed. anywho my question is if i do a mini me swap on my y7 will i . . .
1. still be able to pass smog checks??? damn cali law!!!

2. What parts will have to change on my engine, like what belts do i have to get y8 or y7 belts?

if this has already been covered just point me to the direction to it please dont talk **** YEAH mini swap are considered lame or whatever i dont give a expletive, i dont have a good rand to waste right so . . . . . . yeah!
