mini me swap for d16y7 at engine?
now that i think about it, i find myself intrigued with the mini me swap. i noticed that its done a lot on 92-95 civics. (i dont really know what engine comes in what year and model, just mine really) can you do this swap with the d16y7 (in 97 lx)? and is the auto trans going to be a problem since ive heard they are terrible for power? something as troublesome as an auto to manual swap is out of the question. (unless its fairly and not too expensive. im not counting on it though) keep in mind that im on a high school budget and all. (min. wage job and everything). does anyone have any experience with the mini me swap with this motor, or any suggestions about how to go about doing it? thanks everyone.

damn i had a 2000 Lx civic, sell it. urs is auto like mine was, sell it while its worth something ull never get any good power outta it at all man.

a mini me swap is the mating of a vtec head onto a stock engine block, rather than making a complete engine swap. correct me if im wrong someone, but im pretty sure i have the basic concept
