iirc the mini-me swap is a non-vtec d series block with a D16Y8 head. So I'll move this to the 92-00 Civic forum but I'm pretty sure the info you are asking for can be found in their FAQ.

Don't do a mini me swap I did it and its not worth the hassle just save up and get a b20b there really cheap and with a b20 you'll pull a mini me swap...just save up for a swap dude
