Default mini me swap head studs

i am doing a mini-me swap on my 99 civic lx d16y7 with z6 head and i notice that the z6 head studs are too long. is that mean that i have to get new after maket head studs? if i'm going to reuse the old head studs wich one should i use?

i did the same swap in my brothers car and we used NEW y7 head studs dont use the old ones cause when you torque down the head studs the final time they stretch so u need new ones regaurdless.
