Default Mini Me Question b8 z6

Ok this may be a retarded question but i was just sitting here and for some reason i began thinking about smoging my civic ...Anyways my car is a 95 Civic Cx and a long while ago i came into a free z6 head and basically everything to do a head swap. So i did it and i figured it wouldn't really matter because a cop wouldn't hassle a sohc to bad. Thing i didnt consider was Smog Checks.
I know that head swaps are illegal in California but really would it make a difference?

Original Motor was D15b8 and the block still says it and i dont think the head says anything otherwise...

I was thinking if it is illegal ill just go to some mexican (on offense) smog shop and pass visual from them...as long as thats cool i should be ok with the actual smog thing since i still have the old OEM cat as well as a High Flow Cat...

Anybody wanna Help me out here with some info?

One of my friends is a smog tech and I asked him the same question (I have the same motor and same head swap planned). He said he's smogged other similar swaps with no issues but technically it is illegal.
