I need to know what motor mount to use in my mini-me because i just had my stock ex motor mounts and the drivers side one dropped about 5 minutes ago while i was driving . it was a good thing i was down the street though, but what i wanna know is should i try using a dx motor mount? any help would be appreciated

what mount is messed up?i think that the ex mounts allows the motor to sit lower in the front of the car,so if you replace it with just one dx mount it may be kinda crocked,lol im not positive though this is what i have gatherd from when i did the mini me swap in my car,i have a prob with my valve cover hitting my hood,just thought i would let you know.

i dont even know how it happened i was drivin it today was the second day ive had it started and as i was drivin i just heard a big clunk noise and heard the motor draggin on the ground we popped the hood and saw that the drivers side mount had dropped we dont know how thats why i was wonderin maybe i need to use a dx mount instead of an ex one? now im gonna need to check everything again and need a new timing belt

thats crazy you motor hit the ground,it seems that all your mounts broke,lol check your rear motor mount make sure it is hooked up,how did the mounts come off?did they break?

only the drivers side mount didnt snap or anything it just dropped the other mounts didnt drop or break so only one side of the motor hit the ground but i gotta check the rear mount to see if it didnt get messed up or anything so i dunno i was happy that my car was runnin until this happened
