if you put it in gear and ur wheels don't turn...you could have a frozen caliper or bad brake hose...try turning the rotor on the hub? Spin freely or stuck?
Explain the "metal bar" between the shafts thingy more...

Re: Mini me help numba 2 (Ignitecivic)
Ok... so i figured it out... it was really stupid... i was getting a CEL for 10 so i pulled the sensor out and i find that it had melted... great... so i dig around find another sensor and replace it... fine.. all good no cel anymore... Then i was wondering why my MPH were going up as i gave my car gas... Well my dumb *** forgot about the axle wasnt in on the passenger side... so yeah... after i got all that **** done and put my car back together i took her out and she blew my mind... she was pullin harder then my 96 ex swap... too bad gas was like 2.75 blarg.... anyways pictures will follow in another thread...
