Re: Mini me,,
Money? Can't answer. Varies on the area or even part of the world. How hard? Can't answer. Don't know your level of mechanical aptitude or ability to follow directions.
I'm going to suggest you check in the FAQs in the section addressing mini-me swaps and read up.
Mind you, it's a total waste of time.

Re: Mini me,,
DO YOU have the right tools? DO YOU have the time? DO YOU have the space?
right tools include: engine hoist (or atleast a helping buddy or 2)
Feeler Gauges, Torque Wrench, BIG Breaker Bar or an Air Tool, ATLEAST 2 jack stands, Floor Jack (scissors would eat your time and energy), DVOM, Theres a lot more tools needed to do this kind of swap the right and not-so time consuming way. TIME to wait for ordering parts online, most local autostores dont carry some parts that are needed for the swap. there are unique parts that the only way to get is by ordering online. 2 of the many online stores. Majestic Honda Honda Parts Now TIME to travel to local auto parts store for returning a wrong item (mostly they dont know what theyre giving you, you need to take the part that needs to be replaced for them to compare and get the right size and everything). SPACE to work with. you wouldnt want every parts you have to be stacked, on top of each other or else youll break something somehwere. ORGANIZING stuffs IS RECOMMENDED, put bolts of a particular part on a small plastic bag or zip lock and identify each. ADD this on your checklist first then get a honda service manual for the year of your car/engine, READ FAQ'S as they have almost all the answers for the questions that you have. d-series, honda-tech, jdmuniverse are some forums that can help you find answers to your question, BUT ALWAYS READ THE FAQ'S FIRST before posting a new thread. You just have to search and read unless you pay someone to teach and help you.
