You'll need an sohc vtec head, intake manifold, throttle body, and ecu (to do it the right way).
You won't need any oil lines like a B vtec head swap.
BUT, you'd probably be happier with an LS swap and they are cheap, probably close to the cost of a mini me after gaskets and such, plus you can drop in a motor with lower miles if you're getting up there in milage already.
