i bought a USDM civic 98 LX, the clutser reads in mile, and we dont use it here in asia, i can get a KLM clutser but will it count in KLM or MILE!? if it will count in mile how can i convert it to KLM?

Miles per hour converted to Kilometers per hour, is something like:

1mph=1.62kph

Go on google and look up the real numbers, but im pretty sure its close to that.

then buy a new one, simple as that

kph or mph calculation is done in the cluster.
drop in the KPH cluster and it will read correctly.
