Default Mild wire tuck help..and 99/00 Si power window/stereo/Power door locks wiring into 96 hatch

I just bought a 96 hatch 2 days ago and im already putting the 99/00 front end on..while im doing that, im trying to tuck the headlight harness and the underhood fuse box under the passenger dash airbag tray. Now my question is, without lengthening the wires where are you's people looping the wires through? out the door harness square hole? where? ohh and for when i out the fuse box under the airbag tray, how am i gonna keep the wires attached to the fusebox for the positive battery terminal wires? there is like 2 screws going into an 80AMP fuse. does those wires come back through the firewall with the box??

also, im putting in 99/00 Si/SiR Power doors into my 96 ek hatch. I just want to know if anybody has a diagram or can tell me which wires i need to hook up to and where for the power windows to work, the power locks and also the speakers??? ohh and i also have the 99/00 Door plug but its snipped..but im gonna have to extend the wires im assuming because the 96 door harness plug only has the speaker wires??

Remember to use the search function, a lot of people here will ignore often asked questions.

There's a diagram for the power items. Not my image, I didn't make it, so credit goes to the original poster. Haven't done a wire tuck so can't help you there.

The headlight wire tuck is mild but not the fuse box. Any way with the headlight wires I just ran them up under the unibody fork that comes out to the radiator support, I drilled little holes and zip tied the harness down. I had to use a self tapper for the ground box and I also had to make the headlight and blinker wires longer. with the fuse box I pretty much just ran what wires I needed into the cab and with the alt and starter wire does have to go to the fuse box but you shouldnt have to make them longer. you should actually be able to shorten most wires cause of how they are ran.

ok..for the doors, i got the harness plug but it has been cut..just maybe a few inches of the wires but the guy said to extend em..now i gotta run wire from one door to the other with a 20amp fuse in the middle? how do you put a fuse in between wire because the fuse doesnt have a wire mounting point, just those 2 prongs..sorry but that illustration is confusing and i dont wanna pay someone to do it

go to autozone and buy a fuse holder, it has a place to put the fuse in and has wires coming off of it

Not to be an ***, but if you need to be told how to wire up a fuse, then you should get someone with more experience to help you do both of those tasks or pay to have it done.

With having a cut harness you need to make the rest of the harness yourself.

sorry to say,but the wiring of the power window set up with evrything else related to that is soooo much a waste of time.do the job right and just get the right **** for your power swap.
1st--sell the harness you got.
2nd--go and buy the 96-98 ex wiring harness.(you need the floor harness, and both door harnesses)
3rd---it will save you lots of time and stress.its a simple plug-n-play thing
4th--if for any reason something goes wrong(short),your gonna have to retrace evrything.
5th--the 99-00 floor harness wont plug in to the 96-98 chassis, unless you depin it.

keep it simple.
either do it right the first or dont do it at all.
dont take it personal.just trying to save you time and money.g/l with the conversion.
