94 DX coupe, i"ve been searching for days before i even started this conversion
i have complete floor harness that i pulled out of a 92 to 95 civic ex
i taught i had everything figured out except for a few plugs that i figured
would become clear once i started the installation and most of them did
become clear except i have on the driver side a 2 prong clip with one
green/red and one green/white coming out of it .
I also have on the passenger side body to door harness two wires that
i had to depin when i was getting it out of the donor's car. the color on
those red/green brown/black both of those wires are loose
maybe speaker wires? last thing the EX harness that goes to the trunk that
operates the tail lights is pinned totally different then the old DX harness,
has anyone seen this before?The part of the harness that connect to the tail
light harness both on the DX and EX has 13 wires each but are pinned differently .i need to get this car running by Monday.
i have a manual for my civic but i lent it to my friend
any help will be greatly appreciated.

3.jpg shows two clips one was the old dx and one is the new ex?(bad pic i know) 2.jpg shows the clip that has two wires green/red green/white drivers side 1.jpg shows the 2 lose wires that i think could be the speaker wires red/green and brown/black passerger side HELP ME!!!!!!!!

you need to get that book back. Just get a wiring diagram, or at least run to your dealer and have them print out wiring diagrams for you. I have mine here...but dont really want to have to scan it, haha...sorry. I completely wired my power windows with a ex floor harness into a cx using just wiring diagrams.

Thank you !!!!!!! someone replied Do you remember repinning the rear plug that gos to the tail lights, and can i just mach the colors up or do i need the dx diagram and the ex diagram. Thanks again

Thanks for looking. Isnt the power lock switch in the door ? 2.jpg is a pic of a plug on the floor harness.

Thanks for the posts, I do not know if the windows work cause i don't have a relay yet but i just went though a hell of a time repinning the floor to rear tail light harness. got everything but the trunk light indicator that lights up on the cluster working. I had one white/red wire that was hot even with the car off that ended up with out a home. I had a thick green one that gos to the trunk that i could never make my test light light up when testing and had haft of the brake lights working, so I tap into the brake light wire that worked (kinda mickey mouse I know) to get that to work.But that can you do? Anyway def not plug and play, more like repin plug and play

Not that anyone is reading this or keeping tabs, but I installed the relay and my windows work locks also work but driver side is sticky. anyway The plug in pic 2.jpg is for the sunroof I think. cause I went to the junk yard to get the relay and looked at the plug from the sunroof and it looked the same but with different colors so who knows. Well thanks for the help! If any one has a question about this install I would be more then happy to help you at any time
