mhmm I smell sketch?
http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/yrk/cto/1562528703.html
Check the site. Smells like someone got their car stolen and he is trying to sell it very very fast. His grammar is horrible.
lol. I do not live in Toronto, my uncle does so that would be my reason for checking in Toronto Craigslist.
It does look like a nice car tho.

Yeah dude Sh*t looks HOT!! I had a kid try to do the same thing with an evo to one of my freinds" OH we need to sell it asap it has no title and the kid cant get one so he needs to sell it.." turns out it was Swiped from Mitsubishi It was an 06 Evo MR in that nice Blue my freind was smart enough to ask more questions of the guys and one finally came forward and said they took it and so on there way back they ended up blowing the turbo up and leaving it on the side of the interstate.... shame people are that dumb

I've had to sell a car on short notice before. I had about a week though. We ended up selling it about eleven o'clock on the last day we had to sell it.
Story was my sister was moving to Alaska from Delaware and she had a '98 Integra she needed to sell. The car had a clean title. It wasn't anything fishy. We just needed it gone asap. She ended up getting on her plane several hours after it sold.
Had she not contacted me to help her out she might have ended up putting up a "need gone by tonight" ad on CL too.
So sure, it could be stolen. But the fact that he needs it gone tonight doesn't mean it has to be. It could be legit.

Thats true. It looks like he rushed it though.. I am just saying. Also he only included a vague description of the car as well as one picture.
NOFX I will be PMing you soon since I would need some specific information on coupes. You seem to be very knowleadgable on that matter.

ya seems sketch alright..i mean if you're gonna say that you need to sell it by 12, at least give a reason in the ad!! the description of the car is also very vague..and 1300$ is WAY under-priced for an Si (EX coupe) here in Canada...

That is really cheap but it looks a little beat and if he really needed it gone fast he may have to price it low.

Re: mhmm I smell sketch?
Does honda even make a 97 SI coupe?
It doesn't look like an SI, looks more like an EX. If so, then $1,300 for a 180km ex coupe, needing to be sold in one night doesn't sound to good to be true. Sounds reasonable to me

Re: mhmm I smell sketch?
and $1300 is in canadian dollars, which is about $1200 USD (pretty damn good these days..back in the day it would've been like $1000 USD).
in our market, the SiR (USDM Si) goes for $8000-10,000ish, and the Si (USDM EX Coupe) goes for $3000-7000ish (canadian dollars). so that guys selling for $2000-6000 canadian less than a clean one would go for..half of what the crappiest Si's go for up here!!
