Default Methods of checking fuel injector spray pattern?

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has tested their fuel injectors to check the spray pattern. I've seen a few youtube videos, mostly of people doing bench testing/cleaning of the injectors out of the car, and only one example of testing in the car:

I'd like to try something similar, but first thought I'd check to see if anyone has any tips or precautions. One from the above video was to make sure the injectors are secured so they don't go flying out from the fuel pressure.

I didn't see any FAQ for this but let me know if I missed it.

This is for a 93 Civic DX, d15b7 by the way. Thanks

as the video says, make sure to only have one injector plugged in electronically.

I just pull the rail, flip is upside down on top of a bunch of paper towels and crank it (disconnect plug wires too) and watch. Its an easy way to see if you need to run a bottle of Tekron through it.
