Boost - contact Cometic and/or do a search here on H-T in the Forced Induction Forum and type in keyword "cometic."
N/A - O.E honda is just fine, or if you want a thinner one try Mugen or Spoon.

would sleeving ur motor be safe? say for running about 15-20 psi of boost? only asking cuz i know a guy prepping for turbo and thats what he did to his block. sleeved and block gaurd. should i tell him to dump the block guard?

Sleeving is safe depending on what type of sleeves. If he's having sleeves with an open deck design and adding a block guard, I say **** that.
The only way I'd sleeve a block is what I just posted above - closed deck designed specifically for turbo.

from what i understand, u have to bore out the block and install sleeves. i could be wrong. also hondas, for the most part, are open deck, so u could just install a block guard. thats my understanding i could be wrong

what do you think of manley rods
and what is a good pistons
i am looking at the srp pistons from J & E
i am looking to run a t4 turbo at 15psi or a little more
