Possibly, but more likely your ALT/SP SENSOR fuse will blow, alternator will not charge, and you will have codes for the VSS, O2, MAP, TPS, and depending on the car, the IACV.
That scenario covers all the wires touching each other, and then grounding out.

don't forget the IAT...damn green/black ground wire.

also my CEL is constantly on even if i reset the battery
i use a 30a fuse to just see if i can turn it over, the fuse doesnt blow, but the car won't start

Do yourself a favor and read the warning on your fuse panel. Putting 30A of current into a 20gauge wire will easily melt it, and cause even more problems. If the fuse blew, it blew for a reason. If you want to fry the components, by all means then put an 80A in there and watch your car start on fire.
