My friend has one on his 04 civic ex, and i thought that sounded very good, it had more of a deep tone rather than a high whiny sound. I was actaully trying to find one for my del sol

Why are you hating? Because you feel you have to?

I have the ApexI N1 setup on my EJ1. The piping isn't like that much, it's more slanted at the axel back, as opposed to the Megan being slanted much futher back. I've not heard the Drift spec. But I can tell you the N1 sounds GREAT!

I think the N1 is garbage. I used to have one until the muffler rotted from within. The megan racing sounds better in my opinion. Alot more deep and mellow. The N1 just seems like it produces alot of unnescarry noise. Go with megan, or go home.

i've heard sound clips of this baby and i'd have to say megan racing is making better and better parts every day. I use to think they were rice but some of there parts hold up and dont break on you.

My neighbor friends POS civic has that ******* muffer.. They rev that **** day and not like ******* jackasses.. I want to tell them to not to rev it, but I just moved here and want to keep things cool.. I rather not have to kick some teenage ***...

So if you plan on putting that muffler on please be good people and not rev that **** all day long for other people sake...

lol that was me a few months ago when i first got my exhaust. but oh man does it sound gay with the silencer on!!! its SOOOOO RICEY!!!!!! but then it gets very quiet though, just a tad louder than stock. and also its funner to drive with the silencer on becuase the car haves better low end to mid range power. no silencer is only good for high end.

that exhaust looks pretty nice...the frst time i heard of Megan Racing was on EBAY so i figure it was just another one of those whack/ricer quality type of brand....but it seems like the brand its getting big because i been seein alot of people buying their stuff...exhaust looks nice though..

I have had my Megan Racing Drift Style exhaust on my 97 civic ex coupe and it's the best investment I've put in... It has a great deep tone, helps a bit with performance, and doesn't sound whiny at all. I'm happy to post a sound clip on here, but youtube.com has billions of video clips of ppl revving their megan racing exhausts...

In fact, I have a lot of megan racing products on my car, short shifter, upper front & rear strut bars, headers, etc... They haven't failed me. I've had my exhaust for 5 months and it's still in great condition.

No problems at all -- I'm putting them up near Skunk2 & AEM

Oh and if you're not in a hurry to get your Megan Racing shyt, I bought a few authentic megan racing parts from KGSENGINEERING.COM

only 2 cons, slow to ship & crazy shipping prices (but the discounts they give are worth buying from them!)
