I'de recom. the Toda Killer cams but you'd have to get full head work and possibly some bottom end work let alone fuel upgrades and good tuning

want hardcore cams? Gonna need valve springs, retainers, probably port/polish work to take advantage of it, better valves, engine management to tune, cam gears to tune the cams, dyno time, intake and header to let the engine take advantage of the cams, and exhaust.

im not a n00b yo.. bottom end is fully built and headwork is startin this weekend.. but im pretty sure ive heard the toda killer cams somewhere, maybe youtube. thanks!

If you're not a noob, you'd know not to get recommendations from opinions of honda-tech members with no experience in the area or you tube videos that show nothing but a civic idling hard.
Do some reasearch. Find out which cams will work best for YOUR application. You didn't post ANY specs about your engine. Only NOOBS do that.
