i just put an upgraded drag 3 kit on my 99 si this past weekend
it's a nice kit

my kit is the t3/t4e 60comp. 63 a/r exhaust and a stage 5 wheel
and i got the bigger intercooler, and a tial wastegate
the entire kit w/ all the upgrades was $3k shipped

isn't maxrev the kit w/ the "do it your self piping" where it doesn't come w/ the piping for the intercooler
and what size is the turbo?

It would depend on your application and skills with a wrench. The more knowledge and skill you have, the more custom you can and should go. Also depends on the emissions laws in your state as well.
