Matrix carbon fiber hoods...anyone use them?

Default Matrix carbon fiber hoods...anyone use them?
I won a 96-98 civic carbon fiber hood, brand new made by Matrix. It has a latch and under support/skeleton. the hood looks really good in the pics, is it a good quality hood? It went for 240 shipped, so that's not so bad in price for a brand new carbon fiber hood.

but that quote doesnt matter because my $525 Fiber Images hood fits like isht

ive never really heard anything about matrix hoods, i went with a VIS hood
