Default Master Cylinder/Slave? '93 Del Sol

2 weeks ago, my clutch started to slip pretty bad. I put the car in the shop and got the clutch changed (Duralast). 2 days after the replacement of the clutch, it started slipping again. Sometimes when I press the clutch pedal all the way to the floorboard, I am locked out of all the gears including reverse. I brought it back to the shop because I thought it was a bad install. They bled the Master cylinder and it worked fine for about 2 more days, but the symptoms are back.

Would this be a bad Master Cylinder?

Thanks.

Pedal pressure feels fine. Also awhile back I had a problem with the car starting, i had to tow it to a local mechanic. He pulled the dash and it was wet with an oily water substance. Which is another factor which is pointing me towards a new MC/Brake Booster.
