map vaccum

i was wondering what is a good vaccum from my intake manifold to connect my map sensor?? the intake manifold i have is a victor x on a b16 head thanks!! also i got a str 70mm tb thanks!!

not really what u meant by good vaccume? vaccume hose? or map sensor o ring seal ?
