Default Map sensor code 3 will not go away

92 Civic CX
jdm d15b w/ d16head
boosted w/ chipped ECU
Using EX engine harness

The motor that is in my hatch ran fine when it was previously in my coupe. All I did was remove the motor and drop it in the hatch. Since I did that the hatch has thrown a constant map sensor Code 3.

The code comes on right after I start the car and stays on.

I have:
Swapped map sensors - same result
Traced wires back to ECU - good continuity
Checked that wires are in right spots - good
Tried different vacuum source -same
Changed the bin on my ECU chip (using Crome) - same
Reset ECU - same

Thing is when I pulled out the old CX motor there was NO map sensor. Nowhere, not on the firewall or engine and the car ran fine (with stock motor). I am at my wits end trying to figure this out and am about to give up.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Honda map sensors hate seeing boost. Did you recently up the boost? You need to upgrade to a 2 or 3 bar map sensor. Either that or cheap out and get a missing link, if youre running less than 10 lbs.

Could be wiring plug or a vacuum leak.

I ran the test in the Haynes manual for the plug (testing voltages etc). It passed those. How else could I test the plug?
