4 codes and they are as follows

P1298 Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage
P0135 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction
P0141 Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S) (Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction

Now when I checked the codes today I also had a P0500 Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) Circuit Malfunction, but after I reset the codes all of them have come back immediately except the VSS code.

What should I look at? Is this an O2 issue? Im not sure where to start since there are so many codes. This happened out of no where last week. Car seems to perform the same but all the dash lights, headlights etc. blink. Not blink as if on and off but more like bright dim bright dim and it eventually stops. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

From what I've read, it sounds as if you may have to change out your whole fuse box.

Check for a blown 7.5A dash fuse 15 and then click the Fuse 15 TSB link in my signature.

so fuse 15 def keeps popping, I am going to try the "fix" in your link today.
