Default Manual Tranny For japanese B16A 1993?

I want to replace my auto tranny with manual one. Wich tranny should I buy?
What is the diff betwin LS and GSR trannys. And how could I say that this one is Ls or GSR? Sorry for Eanglish,I'm from Russia

the difference in the LS and the GSR tranny is that you cant shift your car past 7k if you have the LS tranny, its pointless using a LS tranny in a B series motor that revs up to 8k.

Thanks. And with wich engine the GSR tranny comes? Or that tranny is not avelable on the usual cars? How could I recognize if that GSR Or LS tranny.

What? Yes! I've made a mistake in title!!! And so what? I always make mistakes.
I'm not an english or american. I think more about how to explane what I want to ask in this forum and ,halleluyah, now I know what is the difference betwin LS and GSR tranny. And about spelling Japanese or Japanies or something else...
It doesn't matter 'cus I studied German in scool.

Between the "GSR" and "LS" transmissions, you'd want the "GSR" transmission for your B16A because the gearing is shorter than that of the "LS." However, the GSR gearing is longer than that of the B16A's manual transmission - ideally, you'd want a tranny that came from a B16A.
