Manual steering to power steering...
I have a 92 DX with a manual steering system and I'd like to replace it with a power steering system. I'd like to know if I have to replace the steering column to do this change over? Or do I just install a power steering rack along with the lines and pump?
Thank you for any input.

The column is the same.
I seem to recall there is a difference in the clamp size that holds the rack on the passenger side.
I removed the rack from our Si and installed a CX rack. I think the Si rack is out in the shed somewhere with the pump.

Re: (1992Si)
The si rack being a p.s rack? You selling it? Cuz I'm thinking of intalling a P.S system and I'm looking to get the lines and everthing else to do it correctly. So if you have the lines and all the other components let me know.
