I need a new tranny ground wire because mine is all torn apart. I was going to make a new one out of some 4guage or something but I was reading this article and the guy says he read that its dangerous to use a ground wire other then the one thats already there??

hes an idiot i redid all the grounds with 4 guage wire. it beats spending 150 for the kit. costed me $20 cuz i know a guy that works at a car audio store

i redid my grounds with 4 gauge wire also and its fine .

you are okay to make new ones. If they are larger, that is okay too

i got a 2 gauge runnin from the tranny to the chassis. Very important ground in the audio world.
