Default maintenance question

I bought a honda civic hatchback with 86,000 miles on it, I am now nearing 100,000 and was wondering what all I should do to it, I have no clue what the people who owned it before me did, so I basically just want to replace a whole bunch of stuff just to be sure and keep it running for hopefully the next 100,000 miles. Right now this is the list I have of what to do:

Spark Plugs, wires, rotor, cap, fluid flush, maybe sea foam

I'm also going to replace the suspension, axles, rims and tires

If there is any thing else you can think of that would be a good ideal, I would appreciate it if you would let me know, thanks

Alright then, have you done brakes, battery or if 5spd, Clutch unless it's still good? other than that, you just about got it all. G/L

Go for it all man... lsap in a B18c1 with a Type-R head, turbo or supercharger, rollcage, new racing seats, bodykit, new paintjob, some 19inch rims, mmmm... some suspension upgrades, cool looking headlights and tail lights, carbon hood, new cd player with some dope subs and amp, bigger injectors, stand alone fuel management system, new exhaust piping(the whole deal),and that would just about cover it.

Or go for I/H/E(intake/header/exhaust)

I also believe that if you pick up a Haynes manual it tells you what you should do and how often you should do it. But Helms > Haynes

How much will the above stuff cost to install/replace if I were to take it to a shop?
