Main relay ticking?
Ok, so I just went to honda and got a new main relay becuase I thought mine was bad..(the old one made a ticking noise when I had it in the on position) Now this one is ticking and the car won't do anything. It started just fine about a week ago, and then I changed my master cylinder today and nothing....I have radio, dash lights, everything..I changed the main relay and still nothing..help please!! im trying to get this thing going!
I searched and nothing so far...my car is a 92 LX with a Z6 freshly built...like I said..it started a week ago..havn't done anything since except changed the clutch master cylinder
Oh ya..and it stops clicking when I try to turn it over...I dunno why this won't start...if its not one thing its another!! grr!!!

I dont' even see the check engine light go on...but It never came on before when the car was running anyways...the main relay always ticks and I have power to everything the car just seems dead when I go to start it.
Oh, and when I try to start it the needle on my oil pressure gauge shoots way way down..its below the zero and then shoots all the way down when I try to start it like my car is just not getting power when I try to turn it on.

Re: (CiViC_SOHC)
turns out the starter is good...it clicks and spins...the only thing left that it could be is the ignition switch...but its weird that it just went out..

yeah man change your ign sqitch and if that doesn't work i had the same problem with the damn relay clicking and it turned out that my ecu burnt up get it checked out or if you have one laying around plug it in and see whats up but change that ign switch first and then worry about other problems. So yeah when my main relay started clicking my car would run for like 15 miles then the relay would blow and i would change it then it would run for a good many more miles and blow so it then turned out that my ecu was fed up so i stuck a diff one in there and everything was perfect from there on out
