So i just installed a new d15b jdm series motor in my 1996 civic ex, while i was removing the motor my friend wanted to help and i told him to disconnect the battery, he didnt and put a 12mm wrench to the starter and it dropped and started arcing. it took a second to get it off since it was melting my wrench.

My motor is in and everything is hooked up correctly, but when i turn the the accessory mode the main relay clicks for a long period of time, also my fuel pump is not priming either?

I tried a new main relay and its the same problem? also checked fuses for fuel pump and they are fine...

Any ideas?

It will do that if you have a bad or missing ground. Especially check the one on the thermostat housing.

X2 on the grounds, also check the battery itself, if it melted a wrench, chances are it is fried.
