Default magnaflow XL series, how does this look?

looks a lot cleaner than the magnaflow universal ss ovals, do they? and much cooler like the ES ovals...

2.25" part#13925

MagnaFlow XL Performance Mufflers are all stainless steel, with rigid "Lock-Seam" construction and 360 degree welded nipples for added durability and "Backfire" protection. They feature a fast-flowing, straight-through, perforated stainless steel core, stainless steel mesh wrap and acoustical fiber fill. MagnaFlow XL Performance mufflers are perfect for the "Entry Level" performance enthusiast market and come with a one-year warranty.

so this is a straight through muffler, being offset/center, it still is?

i have this on my car.....i'll try to get a pic

it's been mounted crooked so that the main part of the muffler goes up under the bumper almost vertially.

all you can see is the exit and about a 1/2" of the actual muffler, that's on the side of the tip.

i love it, and the sound is very pleasing. also MUCH BETTER MADE than that ES oval crap. it's also cheaper and more readily availble.

did you get the offset/center muffler .... does it matter which side u put it on..say i want the center side facing the front so the exhaust fumes will be exiting out of the offset side?

on my EG i have a Dynomax offset oval muffler-looks identical to the Magnaflow:

i think all the Magnaflow mufflers are straight through-even the offset ones.

is it offset/offset or offset/center, it doesn't matter which side you put it on right?

that's for not atracting attention from the man or having a tacky potatoe gun looking thing for a muffler.....gets the job done the same as all the other stuff for a lot cheaper and no unwanted attention.
