Default B16a2, all motor, how quick can you get them?

Since you people hold the monopoly on tuned Hondas can I ask what is essentially a simple question.

Civic SiR (VTI) with a B16a2 engine.

How quick can you get these cars without using forced induction and what would be the cost?

I was told 185bhp is about the limit without bolting on a turbo, SC or using throttle bodies.

The car is 7.5 seconds to 60mph?
15.8 1/4 mile?

How would these change?

I know that messing with an engine like this takes money since it's so highly engineered in the first place but there must be some peeps on here running an all motor B16a2 that is a fair bit quicker than standard.

Thanks for any comments.
