Default lx to si clutch

does anybody know if u can put a 96 si clutch on a 96 lx
would there be any benifits

no you can not, d series tranny is not the same as b series tranny, diff size

depending on how much money you have, you should look into doing a Mini Me swap and maybe getting a delsol vtec (civic ex) tranny. it has the best gear ratio IMO.

sorry i ment the candian si which has a sohc vtec
so the clutches are the same there wouldnt be any benifits

no offensce to the Canucks, but with the Honda models differing between US and Canada, alot of misinfo comes about.

Most SOHC clutches are the same.

No gain, both are crappy clutches with only clamp loads at only 390 kgs.

Yep, really crappy.

But they will hold a 13.5 SOHC VTEC on 75 shot launching on slicks at 7200 rpm.
I like my crappy clutch.
