This problem started this morning after pulling a bolt on the side of the head near the vtec assembly. I was trying to find a place to mount my oil pressure sensor. I threw code 15, which I had done once before about a month ago. Cleared the code and it started right up. But this time the idle was really high. After turning it off, code 15 came back. I cleared it and it started again with a high idle. Tried cleaning the ICM with electrical contact cleaner since there was some oil on the distributor harness.
I'd rather not shoot straight for the ICM if it could be something else. Any ideas?

Could be you bumped idle control bolt

I tried swappign the ICM and that wasn't the problem.
I did pull a bolt that I'm still not sure what purpose it serves. Maybe that is the bolt in question? Where is it located and can you explain or link me to something with more info on it?
