LSD Install in hydro gsr tranny...
K i have a 95 gsr and i need a lsd cause i have no traction until 3rd gear lol... I was wondering if u can weld the stock diff. together ? Or how hard is it to install like a ctr lsd ? Or would i be better to just sell mine and buy a jdm lsd tranny ? all informative info is appreciated thanks....

Do no weld you stock diff unless you plan on trailering your car too and from the strip and only running it on the strip. you can either install a CTR/ITR LSD or an aftermarket one, or as you said buy a JDM LSD tranny, any of those 3 would be good options, welding, not so much.

yeah i would definitely not weld the stock diff. It will be a head ache if you daily drive your car. What kind of driving do you do? Is this a daily driven car?

You wouldn't be able to turn your car in a tight spot like a parking space if you welded them together. Have you ever tried driving an SUV with the 4X4 feature turned on? If you're making a sharp turn, both wheels will try to spin at the same speed which is a NO NO!
