Ls/vtec V.s. Gsr or Si
i ahve a 95 civic ex .. my motor has a 140k on it i am looking into a swp.. i want an LS vtec but i heard that they arent to reliable .. what should i do .. i am also considering a b16 or a b18c.. can you guys help??

To answer your question, go with a b18c1 (GSR). But, by the way you asked it and the way you spelled "VTEC", you should do a lot more research.

i'd go with a b18c. Thats what I did with my civic and have no regrets about it. It's an easy swap and the reliability is as good as new.

If you have the funds go with b18,..if not b16!!
Both motor perform well and have thier own lil advantage and disadvantage!!

better yet.. build the internals on the vtech. I hear it makes the phone more stable under heavy phone usage, and more reliable..
