Ls/vtec setup question
Wats up people i had a question, i have a stock ls in my ek and i have a gsr head and was wondering if i should put it on and go ls/vtec but my friend told me its a hasel to do it and was telling me that i need other parts to install i dont no if some one could tell me about that please. Also is it worth it my friend also told me if you port and polish the gsr head it would run just as good as a b16. andshould i stay with the ls and boost or should i go ls/vtec on boost ? thanks for all your help

Well...I would go Ls/vtec..if you do it right, it'll be a nasty setup. But your gonna need the Golden Eagle Kit which is like 250 and prolly ARP Rod Bolts, one of the first steps in builing a reliable ls/vtec engine because stock rods/ bolts can stretch. With a b16 tranny...you'll be good, and if you boost that...I Guarante you'll be happy. if you know what your doing..prolly a minimum of a week to do, around there anyway.
