Default ls/vtec (lsvtec) header question

What's a good header for an ls/vtec setup (b18a block w/ b16a head on a 95 integra)?

I've searched and read that ALL b-series headers are interchangeable and the only thing I need to worry about is clearance issues on the bottom. They also stated I would want a b18 header (ls, b18c gsr or type-r) and that the b16 headers will fit also, but bad clearance at the downpipe. Some people used b16 headers just fine.

I'm stumped right now. Any help would be hot. Any people with real experience?

Thank you.

Default Re: ls/vtec (lsvtec) header question (handa)

If i did a LS/VTEC this is how i would do my header set up.

LS block with GSR head = GSR header (its basically a GSR)
LS block with B16/ITR head = ITR header (poor mans Type R)

CRVTEC

CRV block with GSR head = Stock GSR header (longer then most aftermarket i seen) , or a JDM ITR header
CRV block with ITR head = ITR header.
