Default LS/VTEC How To

Is there a write up about this? And whats the difference betwwen a ITR, GSR, and LS Crank? I heard LS cranks' have more stroke than the other two and are stronger.

So is the LS/VTEC cheaper to build than buying a B series VTEC engine. And what about efficiency?

ls/vtec are a little riskier because u cant redline them as a gsr or itr they dont have oil squirters and other stuff
