ls/vtec hatch against 99 si?

ls/vtec hatch against 99 si?
How would my 99 cx hatch stack up against my freinds 99 si. He just has bolt ons. It would be a b18a blockwith stock internals and the b16 vtec head. Thinkin about getting head milled and 2 layer head gasket. IT would also have new exhaust headers back and a password jdm intake. Gsr TRanny too!!

No worries bout that my draving rivals his!! Yea my y7 will keep up with him now and take my other freinds 94 si delsol with the z6!lol doin a mini me just for the hell of it first and then a swap later this summer for a new project. Pickin up everything for the ls/vtec for 650.00!!!
