Default LS/VTEC?

i don't know THAT much about LS/VTEC setups so i was wondering how you un-do an LS/VTEC to run the head on a GSR motor? i might buy an LS/VTEC motor for a good deal but i only need the HEAD. so i was wondering what you need to do to un-do the oil feed.

thanks in advance.

if you just need the head, then just buy a head.

You can run the oil feed on a GSR motor with slight tweaking. I read somewhere that it's actually better than stock that way because it supplies more oil.

If you're getting a good deal, just make sure it was done right and run it as is. It can be reliable, and then get a GSR block to build up or rebuild for when the LS block goes.
