ls turbo is faster than a stock b16a.. and i think the jdm second gen b16a's are 170.. not the b16a2 which is a 99 Civic Si motor.. i believe that is 160.

I wouldn't go that far...they are about as fast maybe slower...

But yeah an LS Turbo even on 5-6 psi will demolish a B16A2...like by more than a second in the 1/4

But due to gearing the LS will fall short around 80mph. But with the right tranny it demolishes the b16a. My Ls with jdm itr tranny hasnt lost to a b16a yet. Ive even beaten a b16b (built by Mugen) with itr tranny. Its the torque that gets ya.

if you're not beating stock b16s with your turbo ls something's wrong then.

i'll beat stock ones and slighty modded ones. i've beaten an ef hatch with a b16a spraying a 50 to 75 shot of zex too. we did a hwy run and i was gone

dyno...i would say anywhere from 235hp and up. look in the forced induction section, you should find one somewhere. or do a search on ls dyno. i've seen some guys pushing 400hp on an ls turbo.

Um an LS with a JDM LSD ITR tranny in an LS is hardly a stock ls. A JDM B16a with a JDM ITR LSD tranny would hang with/beat you.

Oh no a mugen B16b...i'm scared of the header that loses HP

Check my sig for LS turbo numbers on 6.03psi according to hondata. My tune is VERY conervative and there is no way a stock B16a would come close

You're a f**king idiot.

Let me back my fact and opinion up, and completely make fun of you.

B16A

116 TQ 160 HP Redline 8,200 VTEC

LS - B18B

125 TQ 140HP Redline 6,500 (give or take) No VTEC

Now, I'm becoming lazy, so I don't want to go into detail how and why the B16A,2,3, etc.. is a much faster, race inspired motor.

So as of right now, I will just point and laugh at you because you are full of sh*t.

Go LS turbo!

I'm honored that you would even compare a n/a B16A to a boosted B18B... Clown shoes, use common sense.

i pulled on lots of SI's in my LS with I/E if that means anything.....

and a turbo LS would murder a b16a.
