Re: LS Turbo or something else (Luserkid)
Dag, boost the D series? thats dedication. good luck w/ that. heard a jdm h22 would do some crazy damage on th street, but i'm too fond of that motor. LS turbo looked pretty sick when Cheezehead kept up with the Viper. also, the guys at Evolution said to go GSR then turbo. Then the guys at APG said to go B18C....the itr engine. what's the most reliable for daily driving but still has power?

Re: (jerbear!)
c5 for all motor
c1 for all motor or FI
b1 for FI
id rather have a NA c5 than a turbo ls, even though the turbo ls should be a little quicker in a straight line.

Think about it this way...unless you know what you are doing or are made of money, would you rather run the risk of turbo'ing the d and blowing it or the b? There's a big difference in rebuilding there. That's my main reason for wanting to do my first turbo project on the d. Plus there are some around here that put down very impressive numbers for relatively cheap. That's just my reasoning, though, fwiw. Good luck with whatever you decide.

i had a 95 turbo ls integra and i loved it! i know it was an integra but it pulled hard. My best time was 13.5 on a stock moter, boosting about 13 pounds. That was with slicks but only one pass.
