Default ls turbo compression

I have a ob2 ls swap in my 98 civic coupe. cylinder 4 is running 60psi and 1,2, and 3 are 150 psi across. well my issue is that the only cylinder running is cylinder 4. I know it has the shortest spark plug wire but I think its crazy that the worst one is the only one working.help please

what do you want help on?? it seem u have bad compression in number 4.. more then likely, it need a rebuild... the least compression u should have is 100 psi.. 60 is just bad.. maybe a piston melt... if u are lucky u didn't crack ur sleeve.. hope that help answer ur question..
