ls swap problem.
only posting for a friend and searched but no common answers.
im going to be specific, because people might get confused.
my friend has a 99-00 Civic Si [obd2b].
he bought a 99 Integra b18b1 complete swap [obd2a].
he also has a 99 Integra LS ecu p75 [obd2a].
and a jumper harness from obd2b - obd2a.
now the engine harness hes using is 99-00 Civic DX harness [obd2b].
for the non-vtec purposes.
the motor wont start and it sounds like the motor is fluded when we try to start it.
but thats not the problem.
there are many extra plugs that are not unplugged, such as vss, radiator, crank positioning sensor, and two extra ones we dont know where it plugs to. and everytime we try to start it a fuse always blows [FI E/M underhood fusebox] which is a blue 15A fuse. the distributor is a 9 wire plug but the engine harness has 8. and the fuel pump isnt priming. and all grounds were check and are good.
anybody know what could be the problem?
ive never dealt with obd2 cars, cause i find obd0/1 is easier to work with.
and sorry for the long story, but any help is really appreciated, my boy need his car running.

Something is causing your ECU to ground out
and pop the fuse, so most likey you might
have a short somewhere, or your just
shorting on a exposed wire that may have
been pulled during the swap.

Re: (slacks)
the whole harness is brand new from honda.
motor was purchased from hmo.
obd2 is mad confusing with one whole harness instead of two. haha.
bump for more answers.

That ECU has an immobilizer in it, theres probably nothing technically wrong with it though.
