Re: LS swap into eg hb (JA1042)
you really shouldnt ask these types of questions in this forum..speaking from experience..anyways the swap should go in with no problems..be sure to get new spark plugs, plug wires, timing belt, water pump, clutch and tensoner pulley before putting in the swap..and its not going to be OMG fast..i would think in a stripped out hatch mid to high 15's..

Re: LS swap into eg hb (STEALTHMODECOUPE)
this swap will turn a turd civic hb into a car that is actually barable to drive and to be proud to drive.
the swap is very straight forward depending on what hatch you have all you will have to do is wire up a 4 wire o2 sensor which isin't that hard

Re: LS swap into eg hb (JA1042)
Like everyone said it is a pretty strait forward swap. I'd stick with a '94 or newer B18B for simplicity's sake. If you go with '96 or newer just search for a P74/P75 ecu ('93 to '95 obd1 ls) and all the wiring will be plug and play. One item that is commonly not thought of or is not included is the throttle cable. You need the one from the integra or you are going to have to make your own mount for the civic cable.
As far as the OMG just crapped my pants fastness! Well, if you have been driving an 8 valve 70 hp D15b8 CX every day for the past 3 years then at first it will feel that fast. You get used to the power quickly, but it certainly does for some power like everyone said. For cost, power, and difficulty I give it a . I'm very content with it and I'm looking forward to boost this summer.

I like that, although, it would be hard to detect an oil leak, i'm sure you've heard that already though.
