LS motor, need help deciding where to go with it.
i have a LS motor in a CX hatch, with a gsr Trans. i want to make a DD reliable 200 hp. the ls/gsr trans pulls nicely on the light cx, but i feel cheated w. out vtec. is the ls vtec reliable, or is it wiser to just build up the LS motor with cams, pistons, etc.?/ ne help will be apreciated.

research in the "all motor section". theres tons of thread bout ls/vtec. it is reliable if built correctly.

Ticking time bomb. The LS wasn't meant to rev that high, but the VTEC head will flow better. Either don't rev the heck out of the LS. Or put an LS crank in a GSR block if you want safe.
