LS Mesh?
How much would someone expect for a set of great condition LS Mesh rims with slight camber wear and tires? Just wondering, thanks! :D

Re: LS Mesh?
I got my ls mesh for 400 w/o tires and spent about another 200 on tires. I bought them about 4 years ago and I think the price might have gone down a bit.
You could also check out sales fourms and see what they are going for to get an idea of what they are going for.

Re: LS Mesh?
400 is a lot for ls meshies in los angeles. i'd pay the same for those that i would for HX rims, 250 with great tires, considering the SI rims go for 300-350 in great condition. 400 is a lot. damn, they're not type r wheels...

Re: LS Mesh?
Great... brings me to my next question. Would a straight trade, my perfect condition VX rims [no curb rash, pristine] with 80% tire tread, for a set of LS Mesh with 60% tires and a little camber wear be a good deal? I don't really want meshies, but if i can get closer to a good set of Si's with 'em, i'm gonna take the deal

Re: LS Mesh?
your going to have to make that decision there buddy.. 80% wear on shitty tires or 80% wear on azenis, star spec, etc..
If theyre just some bullshit H rated tires, then the value goes waay down. 250 for minty wheels alone would be my highest i would pay.

Re: LS Mesh?
IMO, HX rims > VX. they look better and are bigger by 1" iirc.
As EsotericImage said, what kind of tires? i'd buy 60% azenis tires over a pair of 100% sunny tires.
I would trade your VX rims for meshies just because i like them better. you'd probably be better off trading LS rims for SI's, rather than VX's for SI's because not too many people would run the VX rim. they're small and don't look as good on a civic when compared to the HX.

Re: LS Mesh?
I would make that trade. Aren't VX wheels 13 inches? You can't even get nice tires in that size. And why does everyone like the Azenis so much? Just curious, I haven't had them, but a buddy of mine did and they didn't seem that great to me.

^^
I would take a set of Azenis over other bullshit tires i see people using. H rated have too much sidewall flex. Some Z rated are too hard.
Its amazing how people spend so much on their ride and then go cheap on the actual part of the car that touches the ground.
Personally, Im using Neo Gens and i love em.
