Default LS IM/TB on D16Y7

Sorry for asking such a noob question, but here it goes....

Would a OB2 LS intake manifold bolt up to a d16y7 head?

will i have to get it port matched?

what all would i need to do?

Reason I ask is beacause I found one for $20.
